- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Carin is the court administrator I believe. I spoke with her twice yesterday and she was extremely rude and very immature. She hung up on me twice, laughed at me for getting frustrated and then told me they were too busy and to leave a message. I have never had someone in a courthouse let alone in Customer service treat me so horribly and be so disrespectful. I was considering moving to orting before this. Needless to say my experience with their court system has completely changed my mind on that.By Kirsten Kraemer, December 14, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service was very unprofessional. I tried calling multiple times over a span of 2 days to try and pay my bill. After many attempts, I finally got an answer. I was rudely asked, "are you the one who keeps calling?" Do these people even want me to pay on time? I paid the fine in full. I'm glad to be done with the customer service of this court house. I hope I never have to call there again. I have been in customer service for over 7 years, and this by far is one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
